My life is pretty dull. I play with a toddler, watch a lot of Yo Gabba Gabba and experiment with the crock pot. I have no bed time and I find humor in Laffy Taffy jokes. Conan O'Brien is my anti-drug.

chugga chugga CHOO CHOO on the body train

So as promised to myself as we as the rest of the world, I'm taking the time to further mortify myself.





The above pictures were taken on 11/15/16 in the early afternoon. I'm working on starting a new relationship with food - not to use food as a crutch or therapist, but as a tool. As energy. It isn't easy, and I have had to utilize help from my doctor. But things are progressing and combining a better diet with exercise (strength training with low-impact cardio courtesy of the bum knee) has packed a powerful punch.

Aaaannnnd in a few weeks I'll do this all over again. Starting weight 192 - 11/15 weight 177.2 - It's a pretty dramatic drop but I also had a lot to get rid of.

  1. Brave, very brave to share this and I am so excited for your changes!! Keep up the great work. It's hard...I'm currently fighting a similar struggle...but you can do it!!!
