On March 24th while in a cardio bootcamp class, I tore my ACL. It was well over a month later before I fully knew what was going on courtesy of lagging doctors and my own uncertainties. May 1st I had reconstructive surgery on my left ACL, and in turn it's been a downward spiral. I've had three and 1/2 weeks since, and while I'm up and moving relatively well I can feel myself falling into despair from the lack of cardio and from the steady stream of muscle loss all over my body.
I'm so anxious for change.

(See that? That's false excitement. I live on that lately.) |
